Complaints

We try hard to give you the best customer experience and achieve the result you desire, but unfortunately on rare occasions problems can arise.  If you have a problem or complaint we ask that you first try to resolve this with the finance advisor attending to your application.  We find most issues will be resolved at this stage.  

However if you are still not satisfied, please complete the following form to file a formal complaint.  We will endeavor to find a prompt and mutually beneficial resolution.

Your complaint shall be dealt with through an internal disputes process.  An investigation shall be made on your complaint and propose a resolution to you promptly.

If you’re still not satisfied with the resolution offered by us, you can contact our external disputes resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
